Alana’s / UE dinner, early report
I know people will be expecting a report on the long-anticipated United Estates wine dinner at Alana’s, but unfortunately, it’s going to take a little while to get the photos together and write something up. In the interim, I’ll whet your appetite with this:
This rabbit dish made me want to give up vegetables for the rest of my natural life.
And there were four other courses. And six very nice wines.

That rabbit was a triumph. Thanks to all involved for putting together such a fun and informative event.

Really enjoyable event. Thank you to Alana and Kevin. Props to UE for outstanding attention to all 5 senses. Grateful to event organizers. There is a hop in my step today…I think I enjoyed the rabbit too much.

Hear hear on the rabbit. Wow. My compliments to everyone involved, and I’m so glad that Alana’s lived up to the hype. Can’t wait to go back for a dinner sometime soon. And thanks again to Colleen and Pat and Connie and Alana and Kevin and all of the other organizers for all of their hard work. Paul and I enjoyed ourself immensely – we’ve been raving over the rabbit all day.
